Sales Policies
Customer Service:
We value your input and promise that we'll be responsive to your ideas and
concerns. While we will try to respond to every email personally this may
not always be feasable. If your inquiry is in regards to a specific product
or transaction with Canada Promedia Inc. you will receive a personal reply.
General Terms:
Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be
shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer. Please take
shipping time into consideration. All illustrations, photographs, and specifications
within this website are based on the latest product information available
at the time of publication. While we strive for accuracy, Canada Promedia
Inc. reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, to prices,
descriptions, images and policies. Products listed are registered trademarks
of their respective manufacturers.
Payment:
All prices are quoted in US or Canadian dollars. For Canadian Orders : GST
and PST are charged on orders within British Columbia, GST only is charged
for all other Canadian provinces. US and International orders are not taxed
but the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may be imposed
at port of entry. We accept personal cheques, bank drafts, certified cheques
and direct wire transfers. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive
your funds.
Product Returns and
Credits (Factory Sealed Product):
Canada Promedia Inc. will accept products for exchange or refund within 30
days of purchase provided that the product is returned in its original Factory
Sealed condition, NOT having been in any way, opened, used or tested by the
customer. Any approved returns will be subject to a 20% (twenty percent) restocking
charge based on the original purchase price. The customer must request a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by email info@canadapromedia.com
or FAX (604) 266-5049.
Your RMA request must contain the following information :
- your order confirmation number or,
- your invoice number and,
- the product(s) you are returning,
- as well as your statement that the product is in factory sealed condition.
Once you receive the RMA, you may then return prepaid any authorized product. Upon receipt we will issue a refund of the product purchase price*, less a 20% re-stocking charge, less shipping and handling charges. Please allow approx. 14 days for the processing of RMA credits to your account.
*This 30 Day Return Policy for Factory Sealed Product is not a price protection policy. Due to price changes inherent to the technology industry, if the price of a product changes between the time of purchase and our issuance of an RMA, Canada Promedia Inc. will base refunds only on the lower amount.
Product Returns and
Credits (Opened Product):
Canada Promedia Inc. does not accept any opened product for exchange or refund.
We will gladly forward any available information or specifications that will
assist our clients in making an informed decision before buying, however,
once opened, we cannot credit products because of errors in ordering or compatibility
issues with existing systems.
Warranty & SupportServices:
While the length and terms of the warranty will vary from product to product,
we only sell new, factory fresh products that are covered by a manufacturer's
warranty. We will, at our option, repair or replace defective hardware after
it is returned to us prepaid through our RMA Request procedure.
